Awful, would have preferred an in clinic service.
Consultant is in Canada!!! Took over 3 weeks to get my prescription, due to clinicians not following up a question, I didn't realise was a question. So was not resolved until I questioned where my prescription was, and I had 3 days of medication left.
Then tried me on another medication, I had terrible side effects. And instead of questioning the notes I had left, said I had to have a review. And could have been further weeks, leaving me with no medication again!! Bearing in mind before I went on a new medication they stated if this wasn't suitable I could swap right back, they didn't do this. Caused a lot of unnecessary stress to myself and family. Worst service ever!!!
No patient care at all.
